About PeVanHa

PeVanHa b.v. is the company name of a ‘carpet family’ that has built up a reliable reputation in the carpet industry. The Van Heugten family has ensured that we have a leading position in the Dutch carpet world with their company based on advanced ideas. This is in part due to the many relationships we have built up with high-quality suppliers down the years. PeVanHa delivers to, for example, wholesalers’, offices, schools and shops. PeVanHa is a family company. This means that we will do that little bit extra for our customers to ensure we continue to have a good relationship in place with them.

History
The spark of two important people in our company is still with us. Cor van Heugten started the company in 1972 with a factory in Ireland. He also started a company in the Netherlands together with his eldest son Peter in 1980. The two Van Heugten generations started trading in an old building and the office was established in a caravan (!). A few years later Cor’s second son John became part of the company. Sadly, Cor van Heugten died in 1988 and the management of the company was taken over by his two sons, Peter en John. John van Heugten left the company in 2003.

Two years later, the family tradition was repeated. Dennis van Heugten, the eldest son of Peter, joined the company. He was followed by his brother, Sven, a year later. Peter van Heugten suddenly passed away in 2007 and the management of the company was taken over by Dennis and Sven van Heugten. They believe it is a great honour to be able to continue with the company that their granddad started. The business is being managed together with Peter van Heugten’s wife, Jeannette van Heugten. She is the Managing Director of PeVanHa.
